211 Tampa Bay
211 is a referral service which connects individuals to information about critical health and human services available in their community for everyday needs and in times of crisis. Search online or dial 211 from any phone 24 hours a day.

Mattie Williams Neighborhood Family Center
Bill assistance, food pantry, clothing/toiletries pantry, computer classes, ACCESS assistance, parenting classes, referrals. Services and programs are available to individuals and families within the following zip codes: 34695, 34677, 33759, and 33761.

Oldsmar Cares
Provides stop gap rent and utility assistance, a food pantry, and a clothes closet to those in need in the greater Oldsmar area

Assists veterans & their families with applying for & securing veterans benefits & services
Adult Education at Oldsmar
Offers English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), General Educational Development (GED), Adult Basic Education (ABE), High School Credit Recovery and Lifelong Learning and Vocational classes on the campus of Oldsmar Elementary, 400 Chestnut St.

Literacy Council of Upper Pinellas
English as a Second Language (ESL) and Adult Basic Literacy (ABL) tutoring programs are carried out by trained volunteers. Most classes are currently online, view their website for a schedule.
