211 is a referral service which connects individuals to information about critical health and human services available in their community for everyday needs and in times of crisis. Search online or dial 211 from any phone 24 hours a day.
Mattie Williams Neighborhood Family Center

Oldsmar Cares
Provides stop gap rent and utility assistance, a food pantry, and a clothes closet to those in need in the greater Oldsmar area

Adult Education at Palm Harbor Community School
Offers English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), General Educational Development (GED), Adult Basic Education (ABE), High School Credit Recovery and Lifelong Learning and Vocational classes on the campus of Oldsmar Elementary, 400 Chestnut St.
Literacy Council of Upper Pinellas
English as a Second Language (ESL) and Adult Basic Literacy (ABL) tutoring programs are carried out by trained volunteers who meet with two or more adult students or a single student at locations throughout Upper Pinellas County.

Clerk of Court's Self Help Law Centers
Provides affordable legal assistance to Pinellas County citizens representing themselves in court (sometimes referred to as pro se persons) who do not have a private attorney
Gulfcoast Legal Services
Provides legal help with housing and mortgage foreclosure problems, family or domestic violence issues, immigration matters, SSI/disability, senior issues and consumer matters for income eligible residents



AARP Senior Community Service Employment Program
Job training & job placement assistance for low income seniors. Call them at (727) 785-1309.
Area Agency on Aging of Pasco-Pinellas
Plans, coordinates and offers services that help older adults remain in their own homes and offers support for their caregivers
Emergency Home Energy Assistance for the Elderly
Helps pay the winter heating bills or summer cooling bills for low-income senior Pinellas residents. Vouchers may also be available for heaters, fans and blankets.
